Depression

Depression is another aspect during adolescence. Depression makes people feel intensely sad and despondent. It can also lead to self harm,violence, abuse, consumption of alcohol, consumption of drugs, smoking and even death! 

To stop depression here are some few tips:

  1. Talk to family members - they can certainly help you stop cope with your depression and help you find ways to stop it.
  2. Do a physical activity - This can keep your mind of your depression and also helps you to work with others and meet new people.
  3. Set goals and build up to them - This can help you to recover from depression and be your normal self again.

With these tips you should be able to cope with depression!
